Our mortuary cabinets come in a variety of formations depending on the size and height of the rooms they are intended to be housed, and whether the customer requires single door per body in a chamber or multiple slots for bodies in one vertical door (see pictures below).
We offer mortuaries manufactured in polished heavy duty stainless steel or galvanized mild steel as can be seen here below. The body trays and rails inside all our mortuaries are made of heavy duty stainless steel. Here are the structural characteristics of our mortuary cabinets:
Box Structure
The box structure is made of modular panels that are formed by an insulating diaphragm in stiff polyurethane foam that is injected between the two metal plates. Panel thickness: 80mm.
Walls, Ceiling and Doors
STANDARD FINISHING: white pre-varnished galvanized steel plate with white, atoxic and stiff PVC film with a thickness of 120 μ that self-extinguishes and complies with the hygienic regulations.
STAINLESS STEEL FINISHING: internal and external, or on request only internal finishing in stainless steel AISI 304 plate, thickness 6/10.

The thermic insulation is given by stiff polyurethane foam, density 40 Kg/m3, absent CFC content. Very good thermic, chemical and dimensional stability.
