The hydraulic lifting trolley is used both for the transport of bodies on stretchers and together with the cold rooms for the insertion and the extraction of stretchers by one operator. It is made of stainless steel with a double-scissors lifting frame to reach the 3rd upper place on the cold room. The oil-pressure lifting system is assured by a hydraulic pump that is activated by foot; the lowering can have an adjustable speed. There is a flow regulator to prevent the load to low itself quickly damaging the operator, after that it has been lifted and it must be lowered. The supporting plane is used to place the stretcher that will be inserted in the proper cold room. It is equipped with 2 steering wheels and two free ones.

The body trolley with adjustable height, made in stainless steel AISI 304, has been studied to solve the problems coming from the transport and the movement of bodies from the bed to the department where they are placed on the anatomy table of the mortuary. Thanks to its characteristics, it can be used even only by one operator who can place it in the right position where there is the body of the dead person, overcoming the troubles due to the different heights of supporting planes. The trolley can be inclined of 45Åã both in the head and foot side allowing all those operations necessary to body preparation (autopsy, dressing,…). The rolled trolleys cover is easy to be cleaned and disinfected because it is without corners that are normally breeding-ground for bacteria. It’s built in two versions: with stainless steel Aisi 304 plate with a thickness of 8/10, or with an aluminium plate of 20/10 thickness, that are reinforced in the end border with a perimeter frame. It is equipped with n. 4 handles, one every each side, in order to make the movement and the transport easier. This thermoformed ABS cover can be used on all our trolleys for body transport and on all the equipment with a stainless steel stretcher. The lightness and the aluminium central handle allow an easy movement even by only one operator. There are even 2 side grips placed on both short sides of the cover allowing and easy and rapid movement by two operators. These handles have even the function of breather openings preventing from all the compression and decompression events that can occur during the placing and the removal of the cover.This thermoformed ABS cover is suitable for stainless steel stretcher with hooks and all the item that can be used with our stainless steel stretchers.
